No wind? No problem!

What a great way to end November. It was in the 70s at Alameda this afternoon, and we opened for a day of Stand Up Paddle boarding and kayaking. After the Stand Up Paddle Boarding class, we pulled out the boat and decided to go wakeboarding.

Since not everyone had wakeboard/ski experience, we thought, "Let's see what we can do with a stand up paddle board. Susan started off knee surfing and quickly got the hang of it.

Jessie and Jane were next on the boards. They did discover that it definitely necessary to start off standing :-) They also moved down in size to a Naish 10'6" board.

Of course some people just preferred to Stand Up Paddle and others just enjoyed another glorious day at the beach.
